The World Café Process

The World Café (TWC) is a facilitation process and methodology evolved for hosting conversations about questions that matter. Used in group decision and problem solving meetings, including casework discussions, it requires a format in which people move between groups, cross-pollinate ideas and discover new insights into questions or issues at hand. It is a medium by which the collective wisdom of a group can be harnessed and articulated.
